Bridge Church
Tech Intern --------------------------------- 2016 - 2017
Bridge allowed me to tap into my creative side. They had started a new campus, so I was able to implement an in ear system and create backing tracks. I was the head Sound Engineer which taught me how to trouble-shoot on the fly. I also setup and ran sound for the Sunday morning services.
Calvary Christian Church
I was the tech director at the north campus. I learned how to efficiently build teams and how to effectively run everything from behind the scenes. This also included learning how to broadcast the live sermon to multiple campuses.

Third City Christian Church
I lead worship for an after school program for students K-6th grade. On Sunday mornings I am tasked with either drumming, producing, video directing, running camera, or running sound in our overflow room. I was also tasked with building self sustaining teams.

Live Media Specialist --------------------- 2019-2020
As the Live Media Specialist, I was responsible for maintaining all live production equipment for the Broadcast campus. I was also responsible for Scheduling a team of 70 Production Volunteers. I currently produce all 5 weekend services and troubleshoot anything that might go wrong. I have created and lead Training nights for our camera volunteers and video directors. This job has taught the importance of clear communication when working with a large staff team of 120 and the importance of a leadership pipeline where volunteers lead other volunteers.
